module 3

kraftletics TRAINING CULTURE

Where Social psychology meets neurocentric functional training.

Back to overview

01

summary

Cultivating a growth-oriented training culture, where coaches inspire a growth mindset in both themselves and their clients within a supportive, inclusive environment, is a crucial component of our approach. This focus is essential for several reasons.

  1. Firstly, the Kraftletics concept bridges the gap in the fitness industry between current functional training offerings and team sports. Given the higher level of skill development (ball handling, teamwork, etc.) that we ask of our clients, it’s vital that people and athletes of all abilities can collaborate and progress together.

  2. Secondly, the nervous system needs safety and predictability, which directly impacts performance—something we as coaches can shape through rituals, a positive environment and meaningful social connections.

  3. Finally, we stand firmly by the mantra: "toxic hustle culture, out; empathetic teamwork, in." We are carving out our unique path of a healthy growth-oriented training culture, setting ourselves apart from the typical "go hard, or go home" mindset. This adds to our unique offering.

The true art of building and maintaining a training culture lies in transforming the principles of behavioral and social psychology into practical, effective coaching tools. Which you will get to experience and practice at our seminars.
