About
Where motor learning science meets the art of coaching. Coaching is more than giving cues. It’s about creating the conditions for lasting change, efficient learning, and intrinsic motivation. In this module, you’ll explore why many traditional coaching methods fall short—and discover a blended approach rooted in science and refined through practice. Drawing on Anders Ericsson’s work on deep practice, Peter Gray’s research on play, Gabriele Wulf and Rebecca Lewthwaite’s studies on intrinsic motivation, and Eric Cobb’s movement primitives, we translate motor learning research into practical coaching tools. You’ll learn how to refine your observation, sharpen your language, and design sessions that balance structure with freedom. You’ll practice cueing, feedback, and group management skills that empower athletes and clients to explore, adapt, and thrive. This isn’t about running through the motions. It’s about coaching with clarity, creativity, and connection—so that every session becomes a space for growth. Welcome to Kraftletics Coaching.
