M2: Kraftletics Kraftletics

This seminar weekend is part of the Module 2 package, where you will be working out and practicing as a participant of KRAFTLETICS classes and as a coach. This course offers valuable insights into the practical application of functional muscular and neuro-anatomy to diversify functional training exercises.  Learn to apply peripheral nerve anatomy to create more specific warm-up flows. Integrating movement primitives and diverse joint positions into group programming. Observe and modulate individual threat levels in a group.
