Kraftletics Coaching Certification – Module 1

NEUROCENTRIC WARM-UP SYSTEM

Make the First Minutes Feel Clear, Relevant, and Different

This module teaches you how to design and lead a neurocentric warm-up where everything connects—so the session begins to feel coherent, intentional, and distinctly Kraftletics.

It’s the first real moment of every session: where participants either feel oriented, engaged, and curious—or confused and disconnected.

You’ll learn how to guide that moment with clarity, structure, and confidence—so your coaching lands from the very start.

Making Neurocentric Training Usable

"After working through a range of neurocentric training courses, I found myself both inspired and overwhelmed. The ideas were compelling, but the volume of information raised a practical question: how do you sift through complex neuroanatomy and still run something as simple—and essential—as a warm-up?

I began introducing neurocentric exercises into group classes. The response was consistent: confused looks, hesitation, and the inevitable question—*why are we doing this?* I had answers, but they didn’t land. Terms like “vestibular system” or specific neural pathways weren’t how people in a class made sense of movement.

What followed was a long period of experimentation—testing, refining, adjusting. Over time, a pattern emerged. It wasn’t just about the exercises themselves, but how they were structured and delivered.

The result is the Kraftletics warm-up system: a way of presenting neurology-based exercises so that people can understand them—and, more importantly, feel their relevance immediately.

This module introduces the fundamentals of movement neurology, but its real focus is practical: how to turn those principles into a structured warm-up that works in real group settings. Because what ultimately distinguishes a coach is not just what they know, but whether that knowledge resonates the moment it’s put into practice."

Tina Nguyen, Founder of Kraftletics

This module is for coaches who want to make neurocentric training usable in real sessions.

WHAT YOU
WILL LEARN

A structured way to prepare the nervous system for movement.

  • The Kraftletics 6-phase warm-up system (skin → joint → vestibular → visual → respiratory → integration)
  • How to layer stimuli using the Threat Bucket to maintain coordination and flow
  • How to use Drive-By-Education to create relevance while people are moving
  • How to structure warm-ups that feel clear, engaging, and group-friendly
  • How to turn neurocentric principles into something clients immediately accept

WHY THIS WARM-UP SYSTEM MATTERS

Most warm-ups focus on muscles and heart rate. This one focuses on the system that controls both. When the nervous system feels oriented and safe:
  • movement becomes smoother
  • coordination improves
  • and clients engage more quickly

More importantly: The warm-up becomes your first opportunity to introduce the Kraftletics approach–you either create trust and curiosity here—or resistance.

WHAT MAKES THIS MODULE DIFFERENT?

It is built on neuroanatomy and sensory integration, not just muscle activation.

  • A complete system, not a collection of drills
  • Designed specifically for real group environments
  • Includes coaching language and delivery, not just exercises
  • Creates immediate buy-in through experience, not explanation

WHAT CHANGES AFTER YOU FINISHED THIS MODULE?

From improvised warm-ups to structured, confident coaching.

  • Warm-ups feel intentional, structured, and repeatable
  • Clear, confident communication during movement
  • Faster client engagement and less confusion
  • Stronger group flow and attention from the start
  • Ability to introduce unfamiliar concepts without resistance
  • A coaching presence that feels calm, clear, and in control

WHERE CAN YOU APPLY WHAT YOU LEARNED IN THE REAL-WORLD?

Because the system is based on how the nervous system works, it adapts across populations—while maintaining structure and intent.

  • Group fitness classes (small and large)
  • Youth training and sports teams
  • Personal training
  • Rehabilitation and return-to-movement (adapted)

THE KRAFTLETICS APPROACH

Kraftletics combines neurocentric training, functional movement, and group dynamics into a system that prepares people to move with clarity and confidence. In this module, you learn to:
  • guide attention through structured sensory input
  • improve coordination before adding intensity
  • use language to create understanding and buy-in in real time

Structure creates orientation. Orientation creates confidence.
And confidence allows movement to improve.

START YOUR SESSIONS WITH
CLARITY AND CONFIDENCE.
